Easily import your existing business and fleet data into DroneHQ.

CUSTOMER AND FINANCIAL IMPORT POLICY

Import all customers. Limit jobs and revenue to 2026.

DroneHQ will import available customer contact records regardless of when the customer was created, including names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, service locations, and notes.

Jobs, projects, payments, and revenue are included only when a reliable date places them in the current calendar year, 2026. Older financial activity is excluded from bulk import. Records without a usable date are held for review and are not counted automatically.

Lifetime spend: Not counted without dated transactions
