Import History

Review imports that finished production processing, including completed, completed-with-errors, failed-production, and rollback results.

Who can use this page

Active organization members can open this page.
Result and rollback actions depend on the member role and import type.

What populates this page

Real completed or production-processed import jobs for the active organization.
The shortened filename, row count, person who started the import, final status, and result totals.

How to use it

Open Import History from the Dashboard menu or Import Data.
Review the final status and inserted, updated, skipped, and failed totals.
Hover over a shortened filename to see its full name.
Open Import Queue when you need to resume or discard unfinished work.

Important notes

Import History does not list unfinished drafts.
Customers appear in Customer List only after Confirm Import writes approved rows to DroneHQ.
Detailed results, error reports, retry, and rollback actions will be added with production importing.
Completed history is retained separately from queue cleanup.
