Import Queue

Resume or discard unfinished imports that are still being prepared and have not written live records.

Who can use this page

Active organization members can open the queue.
Resume and Discard Draft actions depend on the member role and import type.

What populates this page

Real unfinished import jobs for the active organization.
The staged filename, row count, person who started the import, last update, and current workflow step.

How to use it

Open Import Queue from the Dashboard menu or the Resume Import button.
Select Resume to return to the last saved workflow step.
Select Discard Draft when an unfinished test or duplicate import is no longer needed.
Review the confirmation message before permanently removing staged review work.
Start a new import when the queue no longer contains the file you want to use.

Important notes

Import Queue contains unfinished staging work, not completed import history.
Discard Draft removes the staged file, mappings, preview edits, and duplicate decisions.
Discarding a draft does not delete live customer records.
A small audit event is retained after the staged draft is removed.
Completed imports move to Import History after production processing.
